Contracts, Pricing & Analytics Director

Job Description

Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Contracts, Pricing & Analytics to join the Company at its Parsippany, NJ corporate office. This is an opportunity for an individual to join a growing specialty pharmaceutical company and be responsible for the Company's overall marketing operations & staff. The successful candidate will:

  • Formulate long-term sales objectives for all commercial product launches.
  • Develop and manage a compliance program for all RFP awards, launch awards, and ongoing business awards.
  • Create, communicate, and coordinate new product launch plans to achieve established sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product pricing, forecasting, analysis, and marketing strategy for the Company's growing commercial product line.
  • Manage an overall pricing strategy across all channels of distribution.
  • Provide proactive and in-depth financial analysis of product and market specific sales.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence and keep abreast of market pricing and customer input.
  • Report directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing as well as cultivate and maintain a close working relationship with the Finance Department to develop positioning and pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Develop sales promotion and marketing materials along with a comprehensive advertising and promotions toolkit.
  • Understand key competitive issues in the Rx market in relation to pricing and business strategy.
  • Conduct advanced analysis and business research to report on current and future product performance.
  • Travel to meet with trade partners, both domestically and abroad.
  • Attend annual trade meetings such as ECRM, NACDS Annual, HDA, NACDS, and TSE.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with several years of relevant work experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry. MBA strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Extensive experience with IQVIA and/or Wolters Kluwer sales databases.
  • Self-starter who can be effective with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the Company.
